Kentucky Water Feature Pros is located in Louisville, KY and began in 1996 as a pond and fountain service company. In 1999 we opened The Pond Store (koi pond/fountain retail store). Our experience at that time included performing several hundred service calls annually in addition to dozens of new builds and restorations. Our retail store has helped thousands of residential & commercial customers with their various product needs and advice/planning for their own projects. We have been a staple in our community for 20 years.
In 2006 www.pondandfountainworld.com was launched and we began to carry statuary, lake and indoor fountains, competing with other national suppliers. We now have extensive specialized industry knowledge including knowing good from not so good manufacturers & importers, how to customize & hybridize options for customers and offer exclusive products. Our 2nd industry website was launched in 2014. www.waterfeaturepros.com bears our current company name and is an industry leading example offering a full range of water feature products.
Our goal is to help customers find the right products and provide helpful advice designing & planning their projects. Our water feature and hardscape experience are tested by years of hands-on experience from our team.
