Pamela Simmons, owner of Sunflower Farm, the design/installation division of Turpin Farms in Newtown, Ohio, is a landscape designer who specializes in low impact development and green infrastructure. She is also co-owner of Turpin Farms, which has been in her family since 1785. Yes, 1785! With over 31 years of experience as a landscape designer and 23 years as a grower, Pamela has extensive knowledge of all types of plant material. She’s installed numerous green roofs, rain gardens, prairies, and native landscapes throughout Greater Cincinnati.
