Newport Garden Walk Vendor Registration

The fee for participation as a vendor in the Newport Garden Walk is $40

This is the only fee we charge for participation as a vendor in the Newport Garden Walk in East Row Newport.

All registered vendors receive two (2) complimentary tickets for the Garden Walk.


Vendor Terms of Participation

  • I understand that I will provide, set up & remove at conclusion any display booths, tents or tables that I need
  • Set up can begin by 9:00am on Saturday, June 1st. 
  • I understand that the East Row Garden Club will provide security (to be announced) between the close of the tour on Saturday and the opening on Sunday.
  • I will maintain my display area on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm


Important Vendor Information

  • Complimentary tickets are available at the ticket booth on the day of the walk.
  • Deadline for vendor registration is April 30

  2. By check - payable to The East Row Garden Club. Download and print the Vendor Form and mail it with your check to:
